Customers must import products from the United States in accordance with all United States export and import control laws and regulations in Brazil. It is not possible to ship (including items that assist in the manufacture of firearms / ammunition or
replicas of such items), narcotics or other prohibited items. In addition, items that may require special permits or documentation in the United States and Brazil cannot be shipped. It is your responsibility to know these restrictions. In an effort to

US EXPRESS BOX cooperates with the responsible agencies in the United States and Brazil to ensure that prohibited items are not shipped. This includes routine inspection by the agencies responsible for our warehouse facilities in the USA, and also cooperates with the requirements of
the Post Office in Brazil. By entering into this agreement, you accept routine inspections of your packages by the supervisory bodies of the United States and Brazil. If your package contains prohibited items, you agree that the contents of your package
may be opened and confiscated under the penalties of the law in the United States and Brazil.

Express shipping has a shorter delivery time, payments of all taxes and full insurance coverage. The delivery time starts counting from the departure of the package from the US EXPRESS BOX warehouse to your home in Brazil.
You authorize the opening of your packages in case of suspicion about the content (illegal goods) or for any other practical reason in order to guarantee the security of the process.
Can the weight reported by American websites be different from the weight
reported by US EXPRESS BOX?
Yes. The weight reported by American websites often does not take into account primary and secondary packaging. In addition, it is sometimes necessary to repackage packages safely, using resources that can change the final
weight of your shipment. When the product arrives at our warehouse, the weight and measurements will be checked and released in the system and you will receive the information from our team if there are any differences.
After payment, is there an additional
Yes, it is possible. When the package arrives at our warehouse in Miami, it will go through the process of checking the weight and measures that may arbitrate a different value for its shipment and, consequently, there will be changes
regarding the collection. If this occurs, you will be notified and guided on how to proceed to make the additional payment to receive your product.
Where can I find receipts or documents regarding payments for my import?
The official document referring
to its import is the DIT - DEMONSTRATIVO DE TAXOS E TAXOS, available on the Importer Portal (https://apps.correios.com.br/portalimportador/). In addition, when making a payment through the US EXPRESS BOX you will receive a descriptive email with all the
information of the purchase made.
Sometimes the Post Office needs more time to deliver your package. However, efforts will be made to prevent this from happening. The Post Office does not offer any additional compensation for inconvenience due
to the delay in processing your package.
Correios will not be responsible for any delay or failure due to: force majeure, war, transportation difficulties, labor strikes, natural disasters, disturbances, telecommunications or information
services infrastructure, hacking, spam, any computer, server, or software, as well as acts or omissions of third parties that are beyond the control of the Post Office.
