Our Refund Policy is valid for up to 7 days after receipt of the product, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code.

To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as you received it (in its original packaging) and must not have been used.

To return your order, you must send us an email to info@usexpressbox.comwithin 7 days of receiving the product stating your order number and the reason for the return.

To send your purchase back to US EXPRESS BOX please contact us first through the email info@usexpressbox.comwhich will inform the correct return address to which of our warehouses in Brazil your order must be sent.

Returns made at the wrong address will follow the procedure in accordance with our Shipping and Returns policy.

When shipping your product back, it is mandatory to use a traceable shipping method. The tracking code must be communicated by email via info@usexpressbox.com within 24 hours of posting the item.

 It is up to the customer to pay for the return shipping in one of our warehouses in Brazil indicated through an email sent to you. US EXPRESS BOX will be responsible for returning to the supplier in the USA, selling the product to another customer as an OPEN BOX if the supplier does not accept the product anymore or sends it for donation according to the choice of our company in each case.

Taxes paid will not be refunded the system used for our DDP shipments provided by Post Office of Brazil which incur in the provision of tax payment service with the IRS so that you do not have any work in the middle and receive your products door to door , but as mentioned is only a service provided by the Post Office, the IRS is an independent body that receives taxes and issues payment receipts on behalf of the client, not allowing other third parties to claim reimbursement, only you can claim , if it happens you can go to the small claims agency.

US EXPRESS BOX cooperates with the responsible agencies in the United States and Brazil to ensure that prohibited items are not shipped. This includes routine inspection by the agencies responsible for our warehouse facilities in the USA, and also cooperates with the requirements of the Post Office in Brazil. By entering into this agreement, you accept routine inspections of your packages by the supervisory bodies of the United States and Brazil. If your package contains prohibited items, you agree that the contents of your package may be opened and confiscated under the penalties of the law in the United States and Brazil.

 

Packages in transit in the USA

Packages in transit still in the USA, may be returned to the supplier and a 100% refund of payment is required.

 

Packages in Brazil in transit or delivered

If your package has already left the USA in transit and arrived in Brazil, the package cannot be returned to the sender, to send your purchase back to US EXPRESS BOX contact us first via email info@usexpressbox.com which will inform the correct return address to which of our warehouses in Brazil your order must be sent, this should occur within 7 days after receiving the product, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code and your money refunded according to our Refund Policy.

If delivery is not possible due to a difference in address or due to no action on your part, 3 delivery attempts + 7 days will be made at the Post Office nearest you, after the deadline the product will be forwarded to one of our warehouses in Brazil will be stored for another 7 days and a change of direction may be required subject to cost changes if necessary, after all the deadlines established the product will be donated or sold to cover logistics and storage costs.

Import Rules

At the time of purchase, the customer is responsible for respecting the customs requirements of the countries of origin and destination. US EXPRESS BOX does not guarantee the delivery of packages that are in breach of US export regulations or those of Brazil import. You are responsible for ensuring that the sending of your package is not prohibited by its content, size or volume.

 

Shipping

A single shipping type is offered by US EXPRESS BOX; Express + DDP + Secure.

Express shipping has a shorter delivery time, Payments of all Taxes and insurance. The delivery time starts counting from the departure of the package from the US EXPRESS BOX warehouse to your home in Brazil.

You authorize the opening of your packages in case of suspicion about the content (illegal goods) or for any other practical reason in order to guarantee the security of the process.

 

Can the weight reported by American websites be different from the weight reported by US EXPRESS BOX?

Yes. The weight reported by American websites often does not take into account primary and secondary packaging. In addition, it is sometimes necessary to repackage packages safely, using resources that can change the final weight of your shipment. When the product arrives at our warehouse, the weight and measurements will be checked and released in the system and you will receive the information from our team if there are any differences.

 

After payment, is there an additional charge possible?

Yes, it is possible. When the package arrives at our warehouse in Miami, it will go through the process of checking the weight and measures that may arbitrate a different value for its shipment and, consequently, there will be changes regarding the collection. If this occurs, you will be notified and guided on how to proceed to make the additional payment to receive your product.

 

Where can I find receipts or documents regarding payments for my import?

The official document referring to its import is the DIT - STATEMENT OF TAXES, available on the Importer Portal (https://apps.correios.com.br/portalimportador/). In addition, when making a payment through the US EXPRESS BOX you will receive a descriptive email with all the information of the purchase made.

 

Delays

Sometimes the Post Office needs more time to deliver your package. However, efforts will be made to prevent this from happening. The Post Office does not offer any additional compensation for inconvenience due to the delay in processing your package.

 

Force Majeure

The Post Office will not be responsible for any delay or failure due to: force majeure, war, transportation difficulties, labor strikes, natural disasters, disturbances, telecommunications or information services infrastructure, hacking, spam, any computer, server, or software, as well as acts or omissions of third parties that are beyond the control of the Post Office.
